Start yearly Premium

Start yearly Premium opens the plan in HorseCare when the app is installed. If it is not, the App Store (id1141738481) is the install fallback — same pattern as other HorseCare doors. Signed-in riders can start yearly on the web. After you pay, open HorseCare and sign in with the same account.
